I am looking for an ongoing babysitter for my 8 month old daughter. She is half American(black) and half Serbian. I’m very overprotective of my daughter so I would like to interview you first and see if you are able to bond with her.
No smokers( I don’t even want to smell smoke on the clothes),no drug users including alcohol . I prefer someone who is not working with other children. Valentina is currently not vaccinated yet as we are delaying it until she is older.
I have some basic rules :
No smoking once again. I HATE smokers
Must be able to work inside MY home under surveillance
No visitors
No cell phone chatting when she is awake. Cell phone texting and chatting is ok when she is napping
No kissing her face ( small germs for you can turn into a bigger problem for babies )
Must practice excellent hygiene such as washing hands often
No photography allowed
Must be vaccinated against childhood diseases( we can talk about that later)
You don’t need to discipline her, that’s my job. We don’t use the words “No, don’t, or can’t “ towards Valentina. Instead we say be careful or let’s try this instead .
No yelling or shouting at her or around her. But I think you already know this . We never shout at her EVER. We just need someone who is able to do basic things such as keep her company, play with her, read to her, feed her, change her and nap time basically. She’s very laid back.
